Shipping Information

Every order is picked and packed by our own team at our Gold Coast warehouse. We hold our stock locally and do not use third-party fulfilment or drop-shipping services.

Dispatch Times

Paid orders are dispatched within one business day.

Our same-day dispatch cut-off is 11:00am AEST, Monday to Friday. Orders paid before the cut-off are dispatched that day, while orders received after 11:00am are dispatched the following business day.

Business days exclude weekends and Queensland public holidays. If an unexpected delay affects your order, our team will contact you.

Delivery Options and Estimates

Available shipping services are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the size of your order.

We currently offer:

• Australia Post eParcel – Parcel Post and Express Post
• TNT – domestic Australian deliveries
• FedEx – international deliveries

Estimated delivery times generally range from overnight to approximately two weeks, depending on the selected service and destination.

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been dispatched. They are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Remote locations, weather events, carrier disruptions and international customs processing may result in delays.

Selecting an express service reduces the carrier’s delivery time but does not change our warehouse dispatch cut-off.

Transparent Shipping Prices

We do not inflate our product prices to advertise “free” shipping, and we do not add a margin to shipping charges.

The rate shown at checkout is calculated using the size and weight of your order, its destination and the delivery service selected.

For particularly large or bulky orders, please contact us if you would like us to investigate alternative freight options. Australia Post is typically the most economical option for smaller parcels, while TNT is often better suited to larger domestic orders.

Tracking Your Order

A tracking email is sent automatically once your order has been packed. Please check your spam or junk folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

Tracking information may not update until the parcel receives its first carrier scan. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact our team so we can help investigate it with the carrier.

Authority to Leave

Unless otherwise arranged:

• TNT and FedEx orders are sent with Authority to Leave
• Australia Post orders valued under $75 are sent with Authority to Leave

Authority to Leave allows the carrier to leave the parcel at the delivery address without obtaining a signature. Drivers may choose not to leave a parcel if they cannot identify a suitable location.

Please provide a secure delivery address. Where a parcel has been delivered by the carrier in accordance with an Authority to Leave instruction, The OT Store cannot accept responsibility for subsequent loss or theft, except where required by law.

Gold Coast Click and Collect

Click and collect may be available from our Gold Coast warehouse by prior arrangement.

Our warehouse is not a retail store, so please contact us and wait for confirmation that your order is ready before attending for collection.
