There are many reasons in which you may need to request a quote. We often receive requests for quotes from government agencies, schools, corporations and NDIS Participants or their Plan Manager or Carer.
Requesting a quote is a similar process to purchasing products online, except without the need for payment upfront. This also means that you aren't reserving the items and we will not be holding them for you without payment, and that your items will not be shipped until your 'quote' becomes an 'order' and that order is fully paid.
How to Request a Quote
- Log into the website using "log in" in the top right corner, creating an account if you don't already have one.
- Navigate to each item you want and click "Request a Quote"
- On the pop-up screen, choose your quantity and press Add to Quote
- "Continue browsing" to add more items to your quote, or "Next Step" when you are ready to submit the quote request
- On the Next steps screen, complete your information.
Note: For NDIS Orders, please be sure to provide the Participant Name, NDIS Number, and Plan manager. - Choose Review information, and then Submit Quote Request
