We believe in being fair and reasonable to everyone, so we don’t have a strict returns policy.
We will definitely accept returns for products that may arrive damaged, or if an item is faulty or does not operate how it was intended.
Unfortunately, as a small business, we can’t offer refunds for change of mind as it becomes financially unviable for us with the extra costs involved. However, we do appreciate that things happen, and we will happily review and assess all return and refund requests on a case by case basis.
In most cases, we will offer store credit instead of a refund, except in extreme circumstances. Please email email@example.com with your request.
