Payment Options

We offer a range of payment methods to make your shopping experience easier. Below are the options available to you and instructions on how to check out using this payment method.

 

Credit Card
We accept VISA and Mastercard payments. Unfortunately we are not able to accept AMEX. We can also receive payments via Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Checkout as normal and select credit card as your payment option.

 

PayPal
We are happy to offer both PayPal, PayPal Express Checkout and also PayPal Pay in 4 (Buy Now Pay Later) options. Checkout as normal and select PayPal as your payment option.

 

Direct Deposit
We understand that some customers don't have a credit card or PayPal or perhaps prefer to pay via a bank transfer (EFT). We're more than happy to be flexible and receive payment via a bank transfer. Simply check out as normal and select 'Bank Transfer' at checkout. You will receive a Tax Invoice with bank account details for payment.

Cleared funds will need to be received before your items are shipped out.

If you'd like to speed up the process of shipping and handling, please send your payment receipt to support@theotstore.com.au with your Order Number so we can match up the payment faster.

 

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)
We support NDIS Participants and can currently accept Self Managed and Plan Managed payments online. We can't process Agency Managed payments at this stage.

All you need to do is select your products, checkout as per usual, and when you get to payment method just select either NDIS Self Managed or NDIS Plan Managed and complete the checkout.

IMPORTANT: Please add the NDIS Participant Name and NDIS Number to the 'notes' section before checkout. Most Plan Managers will require this on the invoice in order to make payment.

For NDIS Self Managed payments, please make the payment yourself via one of the available payment methods mentioned above, and we will send you a Tax Invoice / Receipt to keep for NDIS records.

For NDIS Plan Managed payments, please forward the invoice email to your Plan Manager for approval and payment. This may need to be followed up with them directly.

Please note: Items will not be shipped until cleared funds have been received.

 

School Accounts
We're proud to offer our educators resources that help learning and development of children in the classroom. Our 'School Accounts' option allows you to place your order and essentially reserve the stock without making payment. 

You will then receive a Tax Invoice to forward to your Accounts Department for payment. Once cleared funds are received your items will be shipped out to you.
